Cart.com Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Cart.com, a leading provider of unified commerce and logistics software and services, said on Monday that it has appointed Timocin (Timo) Pervane as Chief Financial Officer. Pervane, who previously served as CFO of Shopify Logistics, brings more than two decades of experience in software, logistics, and consulting to his new role and will oversee the company’s finance functions.
As CFO, Pervane will focus on driving financial execution and accountability, internal process improvement, operational efficiency, and more sophisticated financial reporting to support the company’s next phase of growth, and the current CFO, Frank Parker, will transition to Chief Strategy and Operating Officer, the company said.

About Timocin Pervane
Cart.com said that before joining the company, Pervane served as CFO for insurance AI company LULA and CFO of Shopify Logistics, where he built the finance, pricing, and network optimization teams, drove a strategic investment in supply chain logistics platform Flexport, and executed the $2.1 billion acquisition of logistics company Deliverr. Prior to Shopify, Pervane was a partner at Oliver Wyman, where he led strategy, commercial effectiveness, and M&A work for tech and private equity clients and represented the firm at Davos, the Singapore Summit, and the Aspen Ideas Festival.
Cart.com Launches Constellation WMS and TMS to Drive Efficiency Across Fulfillment Operations.
On July 24, 2024, Cart.com announced the launch of Constellation WMS and Constellation TMS, making the company’s proprietary warehouse and transportation management systems available as standalone offerings. These modules join Constellation OMS, Cart.com’s distributed order management system, which is already available as a standalone software-as-a-service offering. The OMS, WMS, and TMS can be used independently or as a combined application.
