Coin Terminal, positioned as Web3’s most liquid primary market, is up and running with one of the most exciting events in its history. Registrations are now open for the first-ever Coin Terminal X ZetaChain Hackathon, offering a massive fundraising opportunity of up to US$1 million on Coin Terminal and access to VC/angel funding for top-selected coins. The hackathon will also feature expert sessions, 1:1 mentorship opportunities, and exclusive networking benefits.
Brains Behind the Mega Bonanza
The Hackathon has the backing of two of the most well-known, innovative, and cutting-edge platforms in the crypto space. Coin Terminal has a user base of over 521K and has been responsible for funding as many as 66 startups. ZetaChain, on the other hand, is the first universal blockchain with an amassed transaction volume of over 167 Million, catering to more than 4.1 million unique addresses, supported by an ecosystem partner network of at least 300. It is listed on almost all the major exchanges.
The judges of the Hackathon are all stalwarts of the crypto ecosystem, including Blockchain.com co-founder and CEO, the Head of Developer Relations at ZetaChain, the MEXC Investment Director, the Head of Investments at Gate.io, the Head of Research at Uphold, and team CoinTerminal.
The Hackathon partners are also some of the leading names in the industry, including MexC, Gate.io, Uphold, and Blockchain.com. As evident, the spectrum includes one of the most well-known exchanges with zero-fee trades, a revered exchange that facilitates trade in over 3,600 coins, a facilitator of more than 85 million wallets, and a fully transparent and 100%+ reserved financial platform.
The Schedule and Participation
The Hackathon starts on February 20th and concludes the next day, February 21st. On the opening day, after the official Welcome words are delivered, there will be sessions explaining the Hackathon, followed by a ZetaChain Developer Session and discussions on product and marketing development.
The second day will have sessions for document submission, pitch session review, and reaching the final judgment. Additionally, according to the latest news, the Hackathon has already received over 35 project submissions.
For any team to participate in the hackathon, registration is mandatory. Not all projects will be accepted—Coin Terminal and ZetaChain will hand-select the participants for the first hackathon. Subsequently, selected teams will be informed via contacts provided in the registration form that they have secured a spot in the AI3 event.
