DadaChain will officially launch on March 17, 2025, as an innovative blockchain-based RWA tokenization platform. Ahead of this, the company will release its official whitepaper on February 20, outlining its vision, technology, and roadmap.
DadaChain aims to tokenize shares of pre-IPO and CSE IPO-ready companies, enabling early liquidity and expanding global investment opportunities. Traditionally, early-stage investments were exclusive to institutional investors, but DadaChain is opening access to high-growth companies for all investors.
The platform’s first RWA tokenization project will feature Starnex, a leading South Korean defense company. Starnex specializes in defense and aerospace technology and will leverage DadaChain’s platform to explore new fundraising opportunities. “Being selected as DadaChain’s first RWA tokenization project is highly meaningful for us,” said Sangrae Park, CEO of Starnex. “Through this collaboration, we aim to secure new funding opportunities and leverage expanded financial solutions to enhance our business operations.”
To support companies in their IPO journey, DadaChain is collaborating with Columbia Capital, a leading IPO consulting firm. Unlike Ondo Finance, which tokenizes shares of already listed companies, DadaChain focuses on pre-IPO companies, allowing investors to participate in their growth journey from early stages through IPO and beyond. This key distinction sets DadaChain apart in the rapidly evolving RWA tokenization market.
