Chainlink news is drawing another class of buyer into the oracle story. Two US LINK funds held more than $230 million in assets in early October, showing that investors are willing to gain conventional-market exposure to the token behind a widely used blockchain connectivity network. LINK’s next challenge is turning that attention into sustained demand as more financial assets move onchain.
Chainlink News: What $230M in LINK Fund Assets Signals
A tracker of the two LINK funds estimated their combined assets at about $236 million on October 6, up roughly $59 million from a month earlier. Part of that increase came from new money and part from LINK’s price moving higher. Fund assets show the scale of exposure held; they are not the same as a single month of inflows.
The underlying Chainlink thesis rests on oracle networks, interoperability and the movement of trusted information between onchain applications and other systems. If tokenized assets and blockchain-based payments expand, connectivity can become more useful. LINK investors will watch deployments and demand for those services alongside the newer fund-market audience.
Remittix Focuses on the Customer’s Last Financial Mile
Remittix PayFi is designed to convert supported crypto into fiat delivered through compatible bank routes. That makes a real-world payment task the entry point: a customer can hold digital assets, then get money where wages, suppliers or bills require it. The first 1,000 invited holders are testing the initial EUR and USD options.
The Remittix wallet and Markets can make that payment feature part of a wider app. Remittix reports more than 10,000 iOS wallet downloads and over $50 million in cumulative Markets trading volume. Earn is approaching release. If a user can hold, trade, earn and send funds in one place, the platform has several ways to bring customers in and keep them active.
Cross-border transfers and digital-asset trading both involve recurring flows. A small fraction of either market could create a large commercial opportunity if Remittix reaches customers outside its presale community. RTX is intended to serve settlement and staking roles in the ecosystem, so the growth question is whether product use expands alongside interest in the token.
Infrastructure Growth Meets Consumer Adoption
Chainlink’s LINK funds put an established infrastructure network in front of more investors. Remittix’s November 24 RTX debut introduces an earlier-stage platform with over 40,000 reported presale participants, more than $32 million raised toward a $36 million cap and a $0.46 final presale tier planned. The invited PayFi test is where its payments thesis begins to meet users.
Review Remittix’s product progress and RTX availability while that test is underway. The more financial value moves onchain, the more valuable a convenient bridge back to everyday bank money could become.
