Crypto Market News: NYSE Owner Backs Hyperliquid Venue as Buyers Eye Pepeto’s $0 Bridge

Crypto Market News: NYSE Owner Backs Hyperliquid Venue as Buyers Eye Pepeto’s alt=

This week’s crypto market news is about Wall Street moving closer to regular traders. On October 29, ICE, the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, agreed to take a small stake in Trade[XYZ], per Bitcoin.com News. Its Hyperliquid markets have handled over $650 billion in trades in just over a year. Yet more than 99% of those trading ICE’s futures are big firms.

Each cycle, big money comes first and small buyers follow, but the sharp ones move early. Over $11.2 million has gone into Pepeto, a meme coin presale whose $0 bridge is built for these traders.

Crypto Market News: ICE Plans a US Venue for Retail Traders

The real story is who gets in, since ICE signed a binding deal on October 29 to run Trade[XYZ]’s regulated US markets, per Bitcoin.com News. Retail traders who pass ID checks could trade stocks, indexes, commodities, currencies and crypto there. The plan still needs CFTC approval, and no launch date is set, per CoinDesk.

Stanley Druckenmiller backed Trade[XYZ] in his first post on X. Its volume so far works out to roughly $1.7 billion a day. Those new traders will need cheap, simple ways to move coins between chains.

Wall Street Builds Bigger Venues. Who Builds the Roads Between Chains?

Pepeto: Moving Coins Across Five Chains for $0 in Under a Minute

ICE wants retail traders on one venue, but those traders hold coins spread across many chains. Moving them is the daily problem Pepeto was built to fix, and its bridge is already live.

Most bridges still charge $15 to $50 per transfer, and some take hours. Worse, a failed transfer on some of them can trap the money for good. That is a real cost for anyone who moves coins often, and it adds up over a year.

Pepeto’s bridge works another way, because coins lock in an audited contract on the first chain. Once that lock is proven on chain, the same amount is minted on the second chain. No IOU token is created, so total supply never changes.

The bridge fee is $0, and only gas applies. A transfer lands in under 60 seconds, and if it fails, the lock reverts and the coins come home. It covers Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum, and no one in the middle ever holds the funds. Its own exchange also charges 0.00% on swaps, so moving and trading cost the same: nothing but gas.

Most meme coins run on jokes alone, while Pepeto’s value starts with use. A former Binance expert works on the dev team, and the first Pepe came from its cofounder. Early buyers are moving in now, well before any listing.

The current price is $0.0000001904 per token, and it climbs at each new stage. Analysts project 1000x for Pepeto after listing, and at that level a $100 buy would be worth $100,000. Wall Street is building for the next wave of traders. For small buyers watching it move in, Pepeto is the early pick still open.

Chainlink (LINK): Weekend Pricing Arrives, but the Price Lags

Chainlink is doing real work for big firms, while LINK itself keeps sliding. It now prices tokenized assets on weekends too, with Aave as first partner, per Bitcoinist on October 29.

LINK trades at $11.27 after a 4.04% daily drop, per CoinMarketCap, 79.01% below its $52.88 peak from May 10, 2021. Getting back needs about 4.8x, and a climb that size most often takes years.

Bitcoin Cash (BCH): It Cleared One Hurdle. Can It Clear $301.87?

BCH has done what one chart asked of it. It was $283.40 on October 29 when an hourly close above $285.03 was named as the trigger for a turn, per The Cryptonomist.

It now trades at $275, per CoinMarketCap, and the next hurdle, $301.87, is about 5% higher. Yet BCH sits 93.38% below its $4,355.62 high from December 20, 2017, a gap one good year will not close.

Conclusion

Chainlink adds weekend pricing and this week’s crypto market news belongs to ICE, but Pepeto keeps drawing early buyers. PEPE had no products at all, yet it still ran hard. It traded near $0.0000013 in June 2023, per CoinLore, then hit $0.00002825 on December 9, 2024, about 21x, per CoinMarketCap.

Pepeto’s cofounder built that coin, and this time a bridge, an exchange and a scanner come with it. The price of a token on the Pepeto official website goes up with each stage. The PEPE buyers of 2023 did not wait for proof, and Pepeto has the proof already.

FAQs

What is this week’s biggest crypto market news?

This week’s crypto market news is led by ICE, owner of the NYSE. It agreed to take a stake in Trade[XYZ], whose markets have handled over $650 billion, per CoinDesk.

Why could Pepeto outrun big names like Chainlink and Bitcoin Cash?

Pepeto could outrun them because it is in presale, while LINK needs 4.8x to regain its peak. Analysts project 1000x, and each stage on the Pepeto official website costs more.
