Pi Network’s Stablecoin Plans Meet Remittix’s PayFi Tests as Practical Crypto Payments Return to the Spotlight

Pi Network’s stablecoin plans aim to introduce price-stable value without weakening PI’s central role across the ecosystem. The project is exploring OUSD with Open Standard, allowing commerce and payment use cases to gain stability while preserving the community currency as the primary asset for broader network participation.

Remittix begins from a different payment problem. Its customers may already hold USDT or USDC and simply need that value to reach a compatible bank account. PayFi does not need to create stablecoin demand; it can monetize demand already distributed across several major networks.

Pi Network’s Stablecoin Plans Prioritize Internal Utility

Pi outlined its approach to stablecoins on October 8, explaining that stable assets should complement rather than replace PI. Its OUSD partnership may support rewards and commerce while helping economic activity remain inside the Pi ecosystem.

Open Standard’s model includes a consortium of more than 200 companies and returns much of the reserve income to partners distributing OUSD. That structure could encourage businesses to promote stablecoin use while giving Pi more predictable value for payments. Distribution can become economically attractive rather than merely another ecosystem feature.

Pi Network’s stablecoin plans depend on internal adoption. Developers, merchants and Pioneers must create enough transactions for OUSD and PI to reinforce one another. The opportunity is large, but growth remains concentrated around one community and its applications. Merchant participation will determine whether stablecoins become everyday payment infrastructure.

Remittix can draw from several communities immediately. Users may arrive from Ethereum, Base, Celo or Polygon, yet complete a similar bank-bound journey. Its addressable market expands with stablecoin use across crypto rather than inside one network. Each integration can contribute customers without forcing existing users to migrate.

Remittix Can Monetize Stablecoin Usage Wherever It Grows

Stablecoins move across many ecosystems because users value portability. Remittix can follow that behavior instead of asking customers to adopt a proprietary asset first. Each supported network becomes another acquisition channel feeding the same payments platform. That lowers the behavioral barrier between discovery and a useful transfer.

Remittix PayFi has tested USDT and USDC routes from four chains into compatible EUR and USD accounts. The service converts stablecoin utility into an outcome businesses and families can use within rent, payroll, supplier and remittance workflows.

This multi-network model can reduce concentration risk. If activity slows on one blockchain, users from other ecosystems can continue producing volume. New chains and fiat corridors can also create combinations that make all previous infrastructure more useful. The service can follow liquidity as network leadership changes.

RTX could be repriced as investors recognize that aggregate opportunity. Pi needs stablecoin activity to grow around PI; Remittix can collect demand from wherever stablecoin payments already happen. That wider funnel can support faster customer, volume and potential revenue growth. Public trading can expose the thesis to an entirely new investor base.

Open Stablecoin Demand Creates the Broader Runway

Remittix has raised $32.9 million from more than 40,000 participants, leaving $3.1 million before its $36 million hard cap. RTX costs $0.28 ahead of a planned $0.46 final presale stage and minimum launch price, creating a scheduled 64% step.

Pi’s approach can deepen one ecosystem. Remittix can serve several ecosystems through one bank-settlement layer, giving RTX exposure to the wider expansion of stablecoin ownership and global payment demand.

Pi Network’s stablecoin plans confirm practical payments are returning to focus. Buyers seeking the earlier multi-chain service must secure RTX before Remittix reaches public trading on November 24 and attracts unrestricted global exchange demand at scale.
